An Update On Life

Kelly’s found something better to do than ramble aimlessly at me in the mornings.

I beat The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion in under 35 hours. The main storyline, I mean, with about half the Dark Brotherhood quests done and lots of exploring. And I’m a vampire. w00t!

Caitlin’s back at the Glenrose Hospital. She might be stuck there til June.

My favorite headphones died today. I am saddened. They lasted me a good long time.

Much skipping of classes has been done. And mucho falling behind in classwork as well.

Something To Look Forward To

For the last while, me and Kelly have been talking more. Strangely enough, I look forward to these conversations. The topics range from bad novels to Hello Kitty mutant things. One time, I thought he wasn’t going to talk to me again after I didn’t get his Warhammer jokes. I think I’m kinda desperate for company at school or something because I kinda miss him when he doesn’t sit near the library with me, waiting for it to open. Actually, that sounds really desperate, not kinda. Anyways, I like Kelly. A lot. Stupid ginger kid has wormed his way into my heart. PFFT. An outrage I tell you.

The Longest Conversation I’ve Ever Had With Someone from School

Kelly, Kelly, Kelly. This guy scares me a tiny bit. He enjoys violence WAY too much. We were briefly talking about Fall Out 3 today before the library opened up. His love of seeing people blow up, get slashed into unrecognizable bits and using the sword/chainsaw thing disturbs me. But I guess that’s what makes Kelly who he is and that feeling of surreality I get when talking to him.

Another Blurb

I’ll make yet another statement about Kelly: he has some bizarre brainchildren. For instance, he wants to put up posters for Pedobear in our school, since grad council elections take place next week, and it seems he wants Pedobear in our council. I know it will never happen and I just wanted to say something to get it out of my system.

Now While Caelestrasz Is Down…

I shall rant about Kelly. That StarCraft guy. That ginger kid that talks to me every once in a while. I don’t know how to describe him. Can’t put a label on him other than “male”. I can’t begin to describe what I feel about him. It’s not a crush, I know. I enjoy watching his antics and listening to his conversations (creepy, I know), but I don’t like it when he talks to me. It’s kinda awkward. He only knows me as “antisocial kid”. From now on I should call him “misanthropic kid”. And since he’s in another class of mine this year, I’ve had the pleasure of marking some of his work. Some of his answers are amazingly hilarious. Like, for instance, when we were asked to fill in this question sheet after watching 21 and his answer for the question what you could do to help a gambling addict was “lock them in basement”. I’m not kidding. It may not sound hilarious to other people, but it was definitely funny at the time. My opinion of him keeps switching back and forth between “awesome” and “get away from me”.

Kelly. That StarCraft Guy

I’ve been thinking lately about this guy and I wonder sometimes. No one likes him, something we have in common. I suppose he’s a little bit of a jerk. Come on, he strongly believes in the genocide of Afghanistan and Iraq. He also believes that if I play Oblivion I’ll get taller. What? lol I guess I sorta like him. Some of the things he says are a little (alright, WAY) off kilter. He’s hella into violent videogames and I have him ranked as #2 on my list of students who are most likely to bring a gun to school and squeeze some shots off. #1 is Tommy as he is obsessed with AK-47s and other high power, rapid-fire weapons.

Relapse of Food Poisoning

So yes, I have had a relapse of food poisoning. I was ill all yesterday, which was bad. I didn’t miss school and that turned out to be a very good thing. In fact, I’d swear that made my whole school career. It could have possibly made my life, too.

I’ll stop beating around the bush now: I was geeking around with Kelly (who is a guy by the way), talking about StarCraft. We discussed which races we liked (me-the Zurg, Kelly-the Terrans), the books (he said I should get through the second one really quickly because the third is really good), and online playing (I don’t play online 1. my computer isn’t compatible with StarCraft 2. the computer I play it on isn’t internet-compatible 3. I really suck against human opponents).

The fact that someone actually talked to me is amazing. The fact that someone geeked out with me is unbelievable. All it took for this to happen was me to whip out my StarCraft book (#2) during Social Studies and Kelly to go “Is that the first or the second?”
